We want you to be completely satisfied with your service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Premierlinkusa service within the first 30 days of activation, you may cancel your service and receive a refund of the monthly service charge.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your service and request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team at support@premierlinkusa.com or call (800) 123-4567. You must return any leased equipment in good working condition within 14 days of cancellation to avoid unreturned equipment fees.
Exceptions
Installation fees, activation fees, and one-time chargers are non-refundable. Prorated charges may apply if service is cancelled after the 30-day guarantee period.
